Shipping will be through USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on the package. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping transit.
RETURN POLICY
All tumblers are hand made and customized. Therefore, orders have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Once the tumbler begins production (approximately 24 hours after order is placed) it is not possible to cancel the order. If item is damaged upon arrival, the tumbler must be sent back to me in order to be fixed. Shipping must be paid by BUYER

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Email us at your-email@example.com with:

- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will review your claim and offer a replacement or store credit if the issue falls under our responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, production begins, and we cannot process cancellations.
